National Bank has launched a three-month campaign to expand current account and savings account (CASA) services, offering seamless digital banking features including cash deposits, fund transfers, clearing, BEFTN, RTGS, and NPSB transactions alongside cash withdrawal through Bangla QR codes.
The campaign, running from 16 August to 15 November 2026 under the tagline “New Savings, Worry-free Transactions Digital Convenience,” aims to encourage customers to open new savings and current accounts while adopting modern digital banking services, said a press release on Monday.
Acting Managing Director Imran Ahmed inaugurated the campaign as chief guest at the bank’s head office on Sunday.
Deputy Managing Directors Syed Rois Uddin and Zahidul Haque, Deputy Managing Directors-in-Charge Kazi Kamal Uddin Ahmed and Abdur Rahim, and heads of various divisions attended the event. Branch managers and sub-branch in-charges joined online.
Ahmed said the bank remains committed to customer-friendly, technology-driven banking services and that the campaign marks a new step in that commitment. He added that “Smart Account, Smart Banking” is not just a slogan but a pledge to ensure customers can meet their banking needs quickly, securely and without hassle.
