Gas supply will remain suspended for four hours in several areas of Dhaka on Saturday due to emergency repairs to a leaking pipeline, Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Ltd has announced.
The interruption will run from 2pm to 6pm, affecting all categories of consumers in Nadda, Kalachandpur, Bashundhara, Joar Sahara, Bhatara and Baridhara J Block.
The suspension will also affect adjoining areas on both sides of the road from Notun Bazar to Kuril Bishwa Road.
In a notice, Titas Gas authorities apologised to consumers for the temporary inconvenience caused by the repair work.
