A fire has broken out at Russia’s NORSI oil refinery, one of the country’s largest facilities following a reported drone attack, regional authorities said.
According to Gleb Nikitin, governor of Nizhny Novgorod, the incident occurred on Sunday. He shared the update via the Telegram platform, reports Reuters.
He said the attack also damaged a nearby power station and several residential houses.
“There were no injured, according to preliminary information,” he added.
