Bank Asia PLC organised a day-long awareness programme on “Gender Equality and Prevention of Sexual Harassment” at the Bank Asia Institute for Training and Development (BAITD) in Lalmatia, Dhaka on Tuesday.
Rumana Akhter Tulee, Assistant Vice President of Bank Asia, conducted the session as the resource person, reads a press release.
The programme aimed to enhance awareness and understanding of gender equality and the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace.
Officials from different branches and the Corporate Office of the bank took part in the session, reflecting Bank Asia’s continued commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
