Banglalink has introduced a new suite of high-value loyalty portfolios aimed at rewarding long-term customers with additional data benefits tied to consistent usage and advance purchases.
The mobile operator launched the initiatives on January 30, according to a press release, positioning the move as a shift towards deeper customer appreciation rather than short-term promotional offers.
The new portfolios focus on repurchase bonuses and quarterly advance packs, targeting customers who regularly subscribe to Banglalink’s high-value data packs priced at Tk699 and Tk819.
Customers who maintain a repurchase streak by renewing within the validity period will receive a 25GB bonus on the Tk699 pack and a 35GB bonus on the Tk819 pack.
Banglalink has also introduced three-month advance packs to cater to customers who prefer longer planning cycles, offering a 30 per cent bonus on data volume for subscribers opting for the 90-day package.
The operator said the advance purchase model is designed to provide a worry-free experience by reducing the need for frequent renewals while delivering higher overall value.
Customers can access the loyalty rewards through multiple channels, including the MyBL app, direct recharge, USSD and mobile financial services.
Banglalink Chief Marketing Officer Kazi Mahboob Hassan said loyalty remains the company’s top priority and the new portfolios reflect a commitment to rewarding customers who consistently choose the network.
He said the benefits are designed around real usage behaviour and peace of mind rather than being limited-time promotional campaigns.
Banglalink said the initiative reinforces its focus on high-value users and long-term relationships as part of efforts to build a more customer-centric digital ecosystem.
