Pakistani singer Atif Aslam is set to return to the stage in Dhaka later this month. The Main Stage Show featuring Atif Aslam will take place on 24 July, as organisers revive last year’s postponed concert and fulfil their promise to audiences.

In a statement, organiser Main Stage Incorporated said it had pledged to bring the event back after it was postponed last year. Over the past several months, the company said it coordinated with the relevant authorities and completed all necessary approvals and formalities to reschedule the concert.

“We promised our audience that we would bring the concert back when the opportunity arose,” the organiser said. “We are grateful to everyone who trusted us and waited. On 24 July, we hope to complete the unfinished chapter from last year.”

The organiser described the event as more than just an international concert, saying it also represents the fulfilment of a commitment made to concertgoers. It added that ticket holders from last year’s postponed event will receive newly issued tickets without any additional cost in recognition of their patience and trust.

Meanwhile, Atif Aslam also confirmed the concert through a Facebook post. He announced that he will perform in Dhaka on 24 July and said the concert will be held at the 300 Feet venue in Purbachal.
