Jaya Ahsan is enjoying one of the brightest phases of her career. Over the past five months, several of her films released in both Dhaka and Kolkata have earned praise. Alongside her performances, she often delights fans with striking images from her photoshoots.
On the night of August 27, Jaya shared a series of new pictures in a black dress. The photos quickly won over her followers, receiving more than 18,000 reactions so far.
The actress was seen striking different poses in the shoot. On screen, she was most recently seen in Suman Mukherjee’s ‘Putulnacher Itikotha’, where she played the role of Kusum in the adaptation of Manik Bandyopadhyay’s novel.
Earlier, she portrayed a mother for the first time in Aniruddha Roychowdhury’s ‘Dear Maa’. She also appeared in two popular Dhaka releases last Eid: ‘Tandob’, where she played a journalist, and ‘Utsob’, where she took on the role of a ghost.
Over the past five months, Jaya has portrayed a wide range of characters. Reflecting on her recent work, the actress said it was difficult to choose a favourite, as she loves all of them equally.
