The second season of family game show Family Feud Bangladesh has concluded with more than one billion views across television and digital platforms. Producer Bongo said the show received a strong response from audiences across the country and announced that preparations for the third season will begin soon.
Presented by iGAS United, supported by Polar Ice Cream and produced by Bongo, the show featured families from different parts of Bangladesh. Alongside its television broadcast, the second season also attracted viewers on digital platforms.
One of the season’s key features was a nationwide survey to gather answers for the competition. Bongo conducted the survey across all 64 districts, collecting opinions from people from different backgrounds and professions. The responses formed the questions and answers used in the show, bringing the thoughts and experiences of people from different parts of the country to the screen.
The season also offered prizes worth more than Tk 15 lakh. With prize money partners Pragati Life Insurance PLC and Pragati Insurance Limited, winning and participating families received cash prizes, a staycation at InterContinental Dhaka and gift cards from various companies.
Host Tahsan Khan said the show had helped him build a personal connection with audiences beyond his presence on stage.
“The most beautiful thing about Family Feud was not just being on stage, but building an emotional connection with the audience. During this season, I interacted with different kinds of families and people from across Bangladesh, which was truly an extraordinary experience. Through this show, I had the opportunity to see up close how the laughter, joy and sense of togetherness of our families are essentially the same. I never expected to receive so much love from the people of this country. I am truly proud to be the host of such a programme,” he said.
Bongo said preparations for the third season would begin soon in response to the audience reaction to the second. Further details about the new season and registration will be announced on Bongo’s official pages and platform.
