Seafood lovers in the capital are in for a treat as Crowne Plaza Dhaka Gulshan brings its Seafood Party from 10 to 19 September.
The special dining event will feature an extensive seafood spread, live grilling, freshly prepared sushi, oysters, mussels, lobster, crab and other seafood favourites, reads a press release.
Inspired by the bounty of the sea and flavours of coastal cuisines from around the world, the Seafood Party will offer more than a traditional buffet.
Guests can enjoy shrimp cocktail, fresh oysters and mussels, tuna and octopus salad, seafood bisque, salt-crusted salmon, seafood paella, prawn teriyaki, fried calamari and freshly prepared sushi, among many other dishes.
The live fish grill will allow guests to choose from a selection of fresh fish and seafood and have them grilled to their liking by the culinary team.
A special crab and lobster platter will also be served directly at the table by Executive Chef Kassem, adding a tableside element to the dining experience.
The Seafood Party is designed for gatherings with friends and family, celebrations or simply enjoying an evening of seafood.
