Banglalink has introduced Banglalink Power, a social distribution platform that allows users to earn money by selling mobile recharges through their smartphones.
The company said in a press release that the platform is currently available in beta for Android users and has been developed under a test-and-learn model ahead of its commercial launch.
Banglalink Power enables users to become self-retailers and earn commissions by selling recharges in a few steps, without any initial investment. The initiative targets youth, women and micro-entrepreneurs seeking flexible income opportunities.
The platform includes digital know your customer (KYC) validation, real-time commission tracking and a transparent reward system to ensure simplicity and trust, the company said.
Since its beta launch, Banglalink Power has attracted a rapidly growing number of self-retailers, reflecting strong demand for alternative earning channels, it added.
Banglalink Sales and Distribution Director Muhammad Mehedi Hasan said the platform is designed to expand financial empowerment through digital innovation.
“With Banglalink Power, we are committed to advancing financial empowerment and promoting community-driven entrepreneurship, enabling more people to participate in Bangladesh’s rapidly growing digital economy,” he said.
Android users can download the application from the Google Play Store.
