Bangladesh Football Federation launched its first-ever Match Analysis Certificate Course on Saturday, running from 24 to 28 January 2026 at the BFF Conference Room, bringing together 21 coaches and emerging analysts.
The course carries a clear message, summed up by the guiding line, “Every Coach should be an Analyst, and every Analyst should be a Coach”. That idea sits at the heart of a programme designed to close the gap between the dugout and the data screen.
BFF structured the five-day course to share modern football analysis knowledge and real-world experience. The federation wants to turn raw interest into a professional pathway for analysts inside the domestic game.
The sessions focus on improving how coaches and analysts read matches. Better analysis means clearer insights, stronger support for coaching staff, and smarter decision-making under pressure.
This initiative also targets workload balance. By sharpening analytical skills, BFF expects staff to work more efficiently and increase overall effectiveness within teams.
Bangladesh football has often leaned on instinct and experience alone. This course signals a shift towards structured thinking, evidence-based planning, and tactical clarity.
The federation sees the programme as a long-term investment rather than a one-off event. Trained analysts and analytically minded coaches can raise standards across youth and senior football alike.
