Xiaomi, Bangladesh’s leading mobile handset brand, has unveiled its latest smartphone, REDMI 15C, under the tagline “Somoy Ekhon Amar,” featuring a 6.9-inch display—the largest in its segment—and a robust 6000mAh battery aimed at entertainment enthusiasts.
The smartphone comes with a 6.9-inch Dot Drop Display offering up to a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals for video streaming, browsing, and gaming. The display automatically adjusts brightness to protect the user’s eyes and has received TÜV Rheinland certification in Low Blue Light, Circadian Friendly, and Flicker Free categories for eye comfort.
Battery performance is a key highlight of REDMI 15C. The device supports fast 33W turbo charging, reaching 50 per cent charge in just 31 minutes, and offers 10W reverse charging, allowing the phone to function as a power bank. The smartphone’s MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra Octa-Core processor ensures efficient and cool performance during extended usage.
For photography, REDMI 15C features a 50-megapixel AI dual rear camera for crisp images in both daylight and low-light conditions, complemented by an 8-megapixel front camera for high-quality selfies. Security features include AI face unlock and a side fingerprint sensor, while IP64 protection makes the device resistant to dust and water splashes.
Ziauddin Chowdhury, Country Manager of Xiaomi Bangladesh, said, “We are delighted to introduce REDMI 15C in Bangladesh with the largest display in its segment. Following the success of REDMI 14C, this new device offers a refined design and enhanced user experience for our entertainment-focused fans.
