In the wake of the tragic crash of a Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) training aircraft in Uttara, the government has postponed all the programmes marking the July Uprising for the next three days.
The government confirmed the matter in a press release issued on Monday night by the Chief Adviser’s Press Wing.
The interim government has also declared a one-day state mourning to be observed on Tuesday.
The crash left at least 22 people dead and over 171 others injured when the aircraft struck the school building in the densely populated area.
