Teaser of ‘Raktabeej 2’ highlights diplomatic tension between Ind-Ban

The highly anticipated film ‘Raktabeej 2’, directed by Nandita Roy and Shivprasad Mukherjee, is set to hit theatres next week. Its recently released teaser has sparked intrigue and raised several questions among audiences.

The teaser reveals a portrayal of ousted, former Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, highlighting the ongoing tensions between India and Bangladesh. According to the Hindustan Times, the film, which will release on September 26 during Durga Puja, explores these complex diplomatic dynamics.

In the film, acclaimed actress Seema Biswas plays Sheikh Hasina, while Victor Banerjee takes on the role of former Indian President Pranab Mukherjee. The cast also includes Kanchan Mallick, Manasi Sinha, Anusuya Majumder and Nusrat Jahan, who have been praised for their authentic performances.

Actor Ankush has received particular attention for his performance in the teaser, drawing admiration from peers and fans alike. Actor Dev shared on social media, “I really enjoyed watching the teaser, brother. My best wishes to the entire team.”

With its politically charged storyline and strong ensemble cast, Raktabeej 2 promises to engage audiences with its exploration of historical events and diplomatic narratives.
