The results of this year’s Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations will be published at 2 pm on Thursday.
The SSC and equivalent exams were held under the nine general education boards—Dhaka, Rajshahi, Cumilla, Jashore, Chattogram, Barishal, Sylhet, Dinajpur, and Mymensingh—as well as the Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board and the Bangladesh Technical Education Board.
Students will be able to check their results via SMS and official websites.
By visiting the Dhaka Education Board website (www.dhakaeducationboard.gov.bd), www.educationboardresults.gov.bd, or www.eduboardresults.gov.bd, and clicking on the “Result” section, institutions can download result sheets using their EIIN number.
Students can also download their individual result sheets using their roll and registration numbers. Results will be accessible through the boards’ official Android app as well. Furthermore, students who pre-register via SMS will receive their results directly on their mobile phones.
To pre-register, students must go to the message option of any mobile operator and type:
SSC<>Board Name (First 3 Letters)<>Roll<>Year
and send it to 16222.
This year, a total of 1,490,142 candidates appeared for the examinations under the nine general education boards, in 2,291 centres across 18,084 institutions.
Among them, 701,538 are male and 788,604 female students.
Under the Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board, a total of 294,726 students were registered, including 150,893 male and 143,833 female students.
In addition, 143,313 students registered under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board, comprising 108,385 male and 34,928 female candidates.
