Rupali Investment Limited, an associate company of state-owned Rupali Bank PLC, held its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 14.
The meeting took place in the Boardroom of Rupali Investment Limited’s head office at Motijheel, says a press release.
The AGM was presided over by Rupali Bank Managing Director and Rupali Investment Limited Chairman Kazi Md Wahidul Islam.
Among those present were Rupali Bank Deputy Managing Director and Rupali Investment Limited Director Hassan Tanveer, Financial Institutions Division Joint Secretary and Rupali Investment Limited Director Farida Yasmin, Rupali Investment Limited Independent Directors AKM Shariat Ullah, FCA, ACCA, Rupali Investment Limited Independent Director Professor Dr Shafiq Uz Zaman, and Rupali Investment Limited Independent Director Nasreen Sultana.
Also present were Rupali Bank General Manager and Rupali Investment Limited CEO Md Monirul Haque, along with senior officials of the company.
The event was conducted by Rupali Investment Limited Company Secretary Mostofa Sajjadul Haque, ACCA.
