Prime Bank signs payroll agreement with ESDO

Prime Bank PLC has signed a significant payroll banking agreement with the Eco-Social Development Organisation (ESDO), according to a press release.

The agreement, aimed at streamlining payroll management, was formalised at a signing ceremony held at ESDO’s head office in Thakurgaon on August 7, 2025.

Under the terms of the agreement, Prime Bank will implement a modern, secure, and efficient payroll system for the employees of ESDO, ensuring convenience and reliability in salary disbursement. This collaboration is expected to pave the way for future partnerships between the two organizations.

The agreement was signed by Dr Muhammad Shahid Uz Zaman, founder and executive director of ESDO, with Dr Selima Akhtar, director (Administration) of ESDO and Principal of Eco Pathshala and College, also present at the ceremony.

Prime Bank PLC was represented by Deputy Managing Director M Nazeem A Chowdhury, Vice President and Head of Payroll Banking Hasina Ferdous, Vice President and Regional Head of Branches (Northern Region) Md. Abdul Halim, Senior Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager, Payroll Banking Selim Wahed Siddiqui, Assistant Vice President and Head of MSME & Refinance Sheikh Nur Alam, and Branch Manager of Thakurgaon Branch Abu Faruk Ahmed.
