NRBC Bank held a meeting for its Cumilla Zone on Friday at a hotel in Feni to review operations and set strategic goals for the region.

He also called for reducing fund costs through increased mobilisation of low-cost and interest-free deposits, and prioritising disbursement in the CMSME sector.

The managing director highlighted the bank’s wide branch network and urged expansion of services to support both large industries and small enterprises in the region.

He said the bank must play a stronger role in the development of local micro and small businesses, especially through its grassroots-level banking services.
