NRBC Bank concludes foundation training course

NRBC Bank has successfully completed its 10-day Foundation Training Course, aimed at enhancing the skills of its workforce.

The closing ceremony, held on Thursday at the bank’s training institute, was attended by Dr Md Touhidul Alam Khan, managing director and CEO of NRBC Bank, as chief guest. He distributed certificates to participants of the programme.

Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer Harunur Rashid, Head of Human Resources Hafiz Imroz Mahmud, and Training Institute Coordinator Md Abdullah-Al-Wadud were also present at the event.

In his address, the managing director emphasised the critical role of training in developing skilled human resources. He highlighted that structured training programs are essential for achieving service excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing operational stability.

A total of 42 officials from various branches, sub-branches, and divisions of NRBC Bank participated in the training.

The program covered a range of topics, including general banking operations, compliance, customer service, credit management, anti-money laundering, risk management, and digital banking systems.

On the final day, the top three trainees were recognised for their outstanding performance.

The course aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles and contribute to the bank’s overall success.
