In a dramatic turn of events, Nico Williams has put pen to paper on a new ten-year contract with Athletic Club, ending widespread speculation linking him with a summer move to FC Barcelona.
The 22-year-old winger had been heavily courted by the Catalan giants, who were reportedly prepared to trigger his €62 million release clause.
