Students of Milestone College staged a protest on Tuesday morning, presenting a list of six demands — including the public release of accurate identities of the victims from the recent Bangladesh Air Force flight crash on their campus, and an unconditional apology from the military.
Gathering at the college’s central courtyard, demonstrators held placards and banners with slogans reading “We Want Justice” and “Why Did My Brother Die? We Demand Answers” among others.

Organizers emphasised that their movement would remain peaceful but uncompromising against injustice.
“Our stand against impunity, negligence, and repression remains firm,” students declared. “Silence toward injustice equals complicity.”
The protesters demanded immediate action for crash victims, insisting on: Full disclosure of deceased victims’ identities; publication of a complete, verified injured list; unconditional military apology for manhandling teachers; Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) compensation for bereaved families; replacement of outdated training aircraft with modern alternatives; and a comprehensive restructuring of BAF training protocols.
