Guardian Life Insurance has stepped boldly into the future by launching its newly redesigned mobile app, Guardian Life, revolutionizing how people interact with insurance. With a few taps on your phone, Guardian Life makes managing insurance easy, intuitive, and efficient.

After months of research and design, the app offers a seamless experience for both long-time policyholders and those new to insurance. Forget the paperwork—submitting claims, tracking their status, and receiving benefits is now as simple as ordering food online. Managing multiple policies, paying premiums, or downloading tax certificates is all just a click away.

For those new to Guardian, registration is quick and easy, requiring only a phone number or email—no existing policy needed. The app also allows users to purchase digital insurance products like Guardian Accidental Care or Guardian Cancer Care entirely online. Additionally, a built-in smart advisor helps users find long-term coverage that suits their needs.

One standout feature is the IPD cashless service, which allows users to make emergency hospital requests directly through the app, alongside telemedicine, doctor appointments, medicine orders, ambulance requests, and even sample collection.

“We’ve been relentlessly working to improve the digital experience, and this new app is a key step in the digital transformation we envision for the insurance sector,” said Sheikh Rakibul Karim, FCA, Additional Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (Acting) at Guardian Life.

The app, available now on Android and iOS, isn’t just an upgrade—it’s a complete transformation in how insurance works.
