Expo Group has announced a strategic partnership with MiHCM, a global leader in cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, to modernize its HR operations.
The agreement, detailed in a press release from Expo Group, was finalized at the company’s headquarters in Tejgaon, Dhaka.
The partnership will see the implementation of MiHCM Enterprise, a platform designed to optimize workforce management, improve HR processes, and provide key insights into employee performance.
Ayesha Saeed, Expo Group’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), and Director Mashrur Anam represented the company at the signing ceremony, while MiHCM was represented by Anwar Parves, Country Lead for Bangladesh, and his team.
MiHCM Enterprise is tailored to streamline HR functions and enhance operational efficiency, empowering Expo Group’s HR team to meet the evolving needs of its workforce.
This collaboration marks a key step in Expo Group’s effort to modernize HR practices, aligning them with long-term business goals.
