The Chairman of Dhaka Education Board and coordinator of all education boards Professor Dr Khandaker Mohammad Ehsanul Kabir has urged mass media and social media not to assist in spreading rumours relating to question paper leaks.

“We seek the cooperation of all concerned — examinees, guardians, educators, law enforcement, and citizens — to ensure a healthy and fair exam atmosphere, and we especially seek assistance from mass media and social media professionals in preventing the spread of rumours or false information regarding question paper leaks” he said in a notice published in newspapers.
Professor Kabir expressed hope that the upcoming HSC and equivalent examinations of 2025 scheduled from 23rd June, will commence in a fair and completely leak-proof environment.
Pointing towards important steps taken, he said to prevent examinees from entering the exam centers with any question papers 30 minutes before the exam begins, strict instructions have been issued prohibiting the carrying or use of any kind of printed or digital question papers or notes during this time. Examinees and individuals accompanying them must refrain from crowding around exam centers or creating any form of public disturbance.
He warned that disciplinary action will be taken in accordance with the Public Examination (Offenses) Act, the HSC and Equivalent Examination Management Policy 2025, and other prevailing laws to prevent incidents such as question paper leaks or rumors, and any involvement with unauthorized printed or digital materials.
