“This laboratory will play a pivotal role in testing helmets for quality and safety, ensuring that the products sold in the market meet international standards,” Adilur Rahman said.
He urged consumers to check for the BSTI logo and QR code on helmets before making a purchase to ensure product authenticity and quality.
Director General of BSTI SM Ferdous Alam highlighting the growing global demand for halal products said these products are not just a reflection of religious practices but a symbol of global quality standard.
He said that the new labs would significantly strengthen the country’s competitive position in regional and international markets.
