The British Council and 10 Minute School have partnered to enhance English language assessment opportunities for students in Bangladesh.
According to a press release, the collaboration was formalised on 19 August 2025, offering learners access to the Primary English Test and Secondary English Test, both internationally recognised assessments designed and administered by the British Council.
The Primary English Test focuses on foundational skills for learners aged 9 to 12, while the Secondary English Test, aimed at students aged 13 to 17, evaluates more advanced abilities. These assessments will help students build confidence, track their progress, and prepare for academic and professional success.
Maxim Raimann, Exams Director at British Council Bangladesh, expressed confidence that this partnership would help reach a wider range of learners across both urban and rural communities, enabling them to develop practical language skills.
The signing ceremony was attended by senior representatives from both organisations, including Maxim Raimann, Country Exams Director Bangladesh, and Shams Asif Chowdhury, Programme & Partnership Lead at 10 Minute School.
