BRAC Bank has officially onboarded 53 young professionals under its Young Leaders’ Programme (YLP) 2025, marking the latest chapter in its commitment to developing future leaders in the banking sector. The one-year programme provides immersive learning across various departments within the bank, ensuring participants gain the necessary skills to drive innovation and growth in the financial industry.
The new recruits were selected through a stringent process that included psychometric tests, personality assessments, and interviews. These steps ensured that only the most passionate and skilled candidates joined the programme.
An induction ceremony held at the bank’s headquarters on August 7, 2025, saw Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, Managing Director and CEO (Current Charge), welcoming the new leaders. In his address, Khan highlighted how the bank’s focus on fresh talent helps shape its future by introducing innovative thinking and a forward-looking approach to the banking sector.
