The Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) has vowed to provide its full backing to the national women’s football team as they prepare for the final round of the AFC Women’s Asian Cup, set to take place in Australia in March next year.

Speaking to the team, the BFF president delivered a passionate message of unity and encouragement, reaffirming the federation’s commitment to the squad as they embark on a crucial campaign that also serves as a qualifying stage for both the FIFA Women’s World Cup and the Olympic Games.

“The 180 million people were behind you and will be with you. We are putting our trust in you. We are committing to be with you. You go ahead and don’t need to look back,” the BFF chief said.

Promising comprehensive support, the federation assured the players that they would be equipped with the resources, expertise, and spiritual encouragement required for the challenge ahead.

“We will extend all sorts of prayers and experience and expertise to support you. Please carry on,” he added.

Concluding his address, he rallied the team and the nation under a single banner of determination: “We have one commitment, one slogan, one tagline: Mission Australia.”
