The seminar took place on 17 September 2025 at the Rajshahi Kara Training Academy Auditorium and on 18 September 2025 at Rajshahi University. The event engaged businessmen, customers, students, bank officials, and the local community.

The programme featured seminars, panel discussions, exhibitions, and awareness campaigns focused on the benefits of Bangla QR and other digital platforms, encouraging the shift from cash to digital payments.

Distinguished guests included Khondoker Azim Ahmed NDC, Divisional Commissioner of Rajshahi, as Chief Guest; Md. Arief Hossain Khan, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank; Md.
