Bangladesh and Qatar have discussed issues of mutual interest and explored ways to deepen relations.
The talks were held in Doha between Foreign Minister Khalilur Rahman and Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Khulaifi, according to a press release issued Tuesday.
The meeting took place during Khalilur’s official visit to Qatar. Both sides exchanged views on matters of common concern and considered avenues to expand cooperation between Dhaka and Doha.
Prime Minister’s Foreign Affairs Adviser Humaiun Kobir also attended the meeting.
