Bangladesh has strongly condemned Israel’s recent military attack on Iran. The condemnation came in an official statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Friday.
“This attack constitutes a grave violation of the UN Charter, international law, and Iran’s sovereignty,” the statement read. “It poses a serious threat to both regional and global peace and security, with far-reaching implications.”
Bangladesh urged all parties involved to exercise restraint and refrain from any actions that could escalate tensions in the region.
The statement also called on the United Nations and the international community to actively work toward establishing lasting peace in the Middle East through diplomatic means and on the basis of mutual respect.
