Ahmedabad plane crash: Tata Group promises Rs 1cr to families of victims

Tata Group, which owns Air India, has promised to give Rs1 crore – the equivalent of around $116,000 – to the families of each person who was killed in the crash.

They have also promised to cover the medical expenses of those injured and provide additional support to the medical hostel on which the plane crashed.

In a statement posted on X, it said, “No words can adequately express the grief we feel at this moment.”
