Salesforce, a leader in AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM), recently hosted the inaugural MuleSoft Connect: AI event in Dhaka. The event brought together business and technology leaders to explore how Bangladesh’s organizations can accelerate digital transformation with MuleSoft’s unified platform, designed to help businesses modernize systems, integrate data, and embrace AI-driven innovation.

MuleSoft, a Salesforce platform, combines integration, API lifecycle management, automation, and AI-powered orchestration, helping businesses connect systems and boost operational efficiency. It supports companies in modernizing legacy systems, scaling AI use cases, and launching innovations, enabling the transition from siloed systems to integrated architectures for secure and impactful growth.

The event highlighted real-world use cases of MuleSoft’s capabilities, including the Anypoint Platform, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and Salesforce Flow. These tools lay the foundation for AI-led applications, manage Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, and allow AI agents to interact with third-party data.

Nehal Mehta, Regional Vice President and MuleSoft India Country Head at Salesforce, emphasized Bangladesh’s digital readiness. “As we enter a multi-agent world, integration is no longer optional—it’s foundational,” Mehta said, noting that businesses focusing on agent-ready systems will be well-positioned to harness AI’s full potential.

Salesforce, through MuleSoft, continues to help businesses in Bangladesh unlock AI-driven enterprise experiences, supported by a strong network of local partners.
