Krishi Bank holds commemorative discussion on July Uprising

Bangladesh Krishi Bank held a special discussion to commemorate the July uprising, vowing to uphold the spirit of the historic movement and build a discrimination-free society.

Bangladesh Krishi Bank Managing Director Sanchia Binte Ali presided over the meeting at the bank’s head office on Monday as part of the ‘July revolution programme 2025’.

Speakers paid tribute to the martyrs of the July–August movement and emphasised the importance of institutional responsibility in ensuring justice and equality in the aftermath of the nationwide uprising.

Deputy Managing Director Md Abdur Rahim, all general managers, deputy general managers, and leaders of the Krishi Bank Employees’ Union (CBA), including the president and general secretary, attended the event.

Besides, divisional general managers, chief regional and regional managers, and branch managers also joined the programme virtually.
