A total of 43 institutions, including 36 companies and seven startups, will participate in the 30th US Trade Show 2026, scheduled to begin on 5 November at InterContinental Hotel in Dhaka.
Organised by the American Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh (AmCham) and the US Embassy in Dhaka, the three-day exhibition aims to increase trade and investment cooperation between the two countries.
The exhibition, marking AmCham’s 30th anniversary, will run until 7 November and feature 63 booths. It will showcase US products, services, technology and innovations, alongside creating opportunities for new commercial linkages and business partnerships.
For the first time, the exhibition will feature dedicated sector-specific zones: power and energy, IT and digital economy, banking and financial services, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), manufacturing and supply chain, education and development, and agribusiness. A separate Startup Zone will highlight new and innovative businesses.
New additions include a Carnival Zone, where visitors can directly purchase products from participating institutions, and a Heritage Corner. The Heritage Corner will showcase the trade show’s 30-year history and its contribution to Bangladesh-US commercial relations.
A new three-day online visitor pass has been introduced, allowing attendees to register online and access the entire exhibition from 5 to 7 November. The exhibition will be open daily from 10:00am to 8:00pm. Organisers expect 10,000 to 15,000 visitors.
Six thematic seminars will be held alongside the exhibition, covering power and energy, healthcare and medical technology, IT and digital economy, women’s leadership, investment opportunities in the US, and the changing trade landscape between Bangladesh and the US. The US investment session will highlight the SelectUSA initiative.
Business delegations from American Chambers of Commerce in various countries will also attend to explore investment prospects and network with local businesses.
AmCham President Syed Mohammad Kamal, US Embassy Commercial Counsellor Paul Frost, US Trade Show convenors and AmCham Executive Committee members spoke at a press conference at the InterContinental Hotel’s Crystal Ballroom on Monday, 2 November 2026.
