The Ministry of Education has issued a gazette notification appointing 383 candidates from the 45th BCS as education cadre officers.
The notification was issued on Sunday by the Secondary and Higher Education Division of the ministry.
According to the gazette, the candidates have been appointed under the pay scale of Tk44,000–1,05,900 in accordance with the National Pay Scale, 2026.
The newly appointed officers must submit their joining letters by appearing in person on the premises of the Rural Development Academy (RDA) in Bogura on 1 November 2026.
Furthermore, participation in an eight-day residential ‘orientation training’ at the RDA premises from 1 November to 8 November has been made compulsory.
Failure to report and join on the scheduled date will result in the cancellation of the appointment letter.
The notification also specified several conditions, including a two-year probation period, completion of foundation and professional training, execution of a bond, and service regularisation subject to specified terms
